We are a multidisciplinary team consisting of professional members with strong technical expertise, an understanding of the tourism industry, and excellent skills in communication, collaboration, and customer experience.
Sébastien is a dedicated, results-oriented problem solver with over 20+ years of client-focus driven experience in project management, business process re-engineering and client experience in IT, health and private industries. He is a graduate from the MBA program with a major in high-tech at the University of Ottawa as well as a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology at Sherbrooke University.
Over the past 2 years, he has been fortunate to welcome at Manoir Alegria – a vegetarian Bed and Breakfast - hundreds of tourists proposing them multiple attractions in the beautiful region of Eastern Townships. Its during these interactions with guests that the Touristik application was born: “Providing the tourists with a convenient user-friendly tool to guide them discovering gems in the region while stretching the value of their dollars by proposing combined offers.”.
Arnaud brings a considerable experience with information security, business process re-engineering, productivity improvements and financial management optimization, in support of service delivery. He is a graduate from a top-tier MBA program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and holds professional certifications in project management, service management, information security and governance (ITIL, Prince2, PMP, CISA, CISSP, COBIT).

Additional features will be added with subsequent iterations of the application. Based on an initial concept and collaboration with a graphic designer, we have successfully secured the City of Cowansville, Québec as an initial partner. This commitment allows all businesses and service providers to register for free and be featured in the application, ensuring a high penetration rate compared to other applications.
